23rd May email sent with request for a refund to frame/order email provided by sick. No response received. 28th May email sent for an update to a previous email. Response within an hour stating that my “.. request (36) has been updated”.

A titanium frame has been ordered no. 4(possibly 5) in March 2018. I’m aware of a titanium frame no. 25 been received early this year. 20 customers somehow skipped the queue.
Been told by Jordan over live ig feed that my frame should have been already delivered to me.
No refund, no communication from sick.
