Bear fighting is some of the best training in itself.
How can we tell ?.
I’d have thought that all who fight bear, end up becoming bear poo.

one coffee in the morning, 2 spoonfulls of coffee, 1 sugar, 50%water and 50% skimmed milk.
then gym/spinning = 750ml water
then drive to work = 600ml cookies and cream protein shake
then work = 1.5ltr water with 400ml-ish of no added sugar, not from concentrate healthy living OJ added in, tin of tuna, 4 eggs 😯
then home = dinner or eccles cakes.
nom nom vom.
Ok, then today:
Up at 5, out to work.
10:45am gym.
Bike for 30 mins.
Deadlifts.
Free weights
Lunch at 1:00pm.
Chicken, Tuna and an Scotch egg.
Coffee on the go now.
Not sure what dinner will be.
Maybe wild alaskan salmon, spinach salad.
But alternatively, could be some of that curry meal BagStard posted recently.
I have discovered that eggs, err, slow thing down for me, considerably.
So I have to cut back on them, cept for Scotch Eggs, of course…
What has life come to, when you are owned by the scotch egg in your fridge.
