One day I’ll be fit again (done a load of riding this week, so knackered; hope it’ll help in the longer run)
For those bunching up sideways moments, for me it’s easier to ease off @ 230W ish then rejoin at the back as opposed to wasting 270W in no mans land
Those bunching moments kill me ! It’s remarkable how quick I can lose the draft if I’m at the very back – dropping back is fine if you can spare the 350-400W to get back on if you slip too far. I can do that maybe twice in one of those TTs, then I’m cooked, so I try to loiter in the middle somewhere, which I know is disruptive. There was one lovely stretch where we were lined out perfectly … and I was shitting myself !
