Here’s what I’ve just done down the gym…
It’s a modified 300 KB workout.
5 mins warm up on the cross trainier.
25 x V-Ups
50 x snatches (single arm 16kg)
25 x press-ups
50 x swings (single arm 16kg)
50 x burpees
50 x deadlifts (16kg in each hand)
50 x mountain climbers
5 min rest on the cross trainer
3 sets of;
6 death crawls
10 single leg box jumps (each leg)
10 single leg step downs (each leg)
10 Calf raises (each leg)
10 hamstring curls on the swiss ball
Finish off with 25 x hollows, some pull ups and some stretching.
