Got no pictures of mine but if you imagine a scene out of shameless you are pretty much on the money. A proper estate pub on a council estate in the Midlands. A shite hole of the highest order but I love the place.

CFH, your local looks like a tanning salon, although Cask would be an odd name for a tanning salon right enough.

😀 It is indeed a most unassuming exterior, I agree!

    What lies within, however……

Dunno any pubs in Lochranza, is there any? Stops for you on the way round on the bike – tea room at the golf course at Sannox. Drift inn, obviously. Kildonan hotel and lagg hotel in the south. Cafe thyme at machrie, they have a wood fired oven and do stuffed Turkish pides which are apparently very good.

Gimme a shout when yer going, I’m only 20 mins from the ferry, would be up for a spin.

Losing the will to live trying to post a picture, but it would have to be Inn Deep in Glasgow. It’s owned by Williams Brothers, so has a good range of their stuff plus guest ales on regular rotation. Also it has a beer garden overlooking the Kelvin which has been very pleasant during the recent good weather.

Is Inn Deep formerly The Dolphin?

If so, that would probably be worth moving to Glasgow for.

Anytime I’m in Inn Deep I need about 15 minutes to decide what I want, an almost too big a selection…Brilliant.
Not had the pleasure of having a stint spent outside in the sun but it does look good for a lazy, bleery day.

Had a think about all the pubs I’ve been to and decided these are my favourites.

Long time favourite- filthy, smelly and has at least 2 willies in the bathroom but welcoming and always fun.

And this one I’ve only been to once, but it was on a sunny evening, by the river, people were canoeing to it and it had a stream running through it. I turned up with no mates and left with 3.
