It’s Pancake Day

🤔…. Not got any eggs today.

Done some the other week.

Make pancake, then move to the side of the pan, sprinkle some sugar so that it starts to caramelise and then swirl the pancake in the caramel. Fold pancake and fill with thinly sliced apple and a bit of cinnamon and let the apple heat up a little. Serve.

Yum yum yum.

I had at least ten for breakfast, maple syrup inside and lemon juice over. I’ve since been out and had scones with jam and cream at Scarthin books. Any suggestions for tea to keep my diet balanced?

Shit… nice reminder. Better get battering.

We had 24 between the three of us. Mostly with Golden Syrup on.

I’m just making some batter, I’ll wait until 11 even the wife gets home from work, then we shall gorge on pancakes before we go to bed 😁
