Mrs Petesgaff and myself would like to thank you all for the best wishes sent over the last couple of days.

It was the best day of my life. I have never seen anyone look as beautiful as Megan did as she walked down the aisle. The day went fantastically well; no rain, great food, no fighting, plenty of donations to Macmillan, and apart from one blip with a bridesmaid and one of my best mates (sigh…) it was the most wonderful setting you've ever seen. Big thanks go out to Chris and his wife. I'm not going to use his username, as I don't want to embarrass him, but the day was made by the friendship of people like him.

Staying in Bath today, then home for Tuesday. Bring on the ECG's, semen collection and first bout of chemo!!

I was going to make an unacceptable and highly inappropriate comment about semen collection however, and possibly for the first time in my life, i'll refrain.

Just a massive congratulations, i got married in March this year 9mths before we were planning to NOOOOO not because of that, other famnily issues well documented on this here forum. Best day of my life bar none.

Inspirational story, well done and congratulations for keeping your spirits up and the wedding. Before you start your chemo, and I have no idea how intensive it is for angiosracomas, have you thought of or been spoken to about stem cell collection ( only of use for high dose chemotherapy)? Meg, I know how what a hard time you are going through aswell and wish you both the best of luck. Happy to talk about my comments but poss through email as don't always get to this site. Well, what a great day it was – MrsMM and I were fortunate enough to be a small part of it.

I really cannot put the day into words – hence it's taken me so long to even try…

Suffice as to say Mark and Meg in person are just as their on-line personas – great people with big hearts and the mindset to get through the coming months with love and positivity – heck, it transpires (from his speech..) that Mark loves Meg so much he has even insured her on his beloved (bike transporting) van 😀

Of the many memories I have from the day I will share this one with the STW collective – I now know, first hand, just how valuable this thread is to M&M (and some family and friends) in terms of the strength and encouragement they take from it and the personal messages they receive – keep it up folks – it's stuff like this that show the true strength of the STW collective.

Now, what tyres for a 2010 stag do…….. 😀
