Had a bit of a think about that over the last week or so & put it down to clinical depression. two things to do about that: 1) wallow in it or 2) MTFU. I shall be doing #2 as of tomorrow

Tonight I spent two hours playing pool with my lad. Of course I beat him – he has to learn! Then I went aboard the Albatros – a beautiful sailing ship with a bar aboard and had a great night with some old friends and some new. Great music from someone called Jacques Daniels and I re-aquainted myself with the very lovely Polly. So much better than being miserable and drunk and calling the ex that was the main feature of last night.
