    Binners – I haven’t found it boring…

    I’m not saying you should just eat sliced veg….(i knew I should have stayed out of this thread).
    I still eat crisps, pies, sandwiches, cake etc…I even had an onion bhajee, mint yogurt & cucumber sandwich for lunch which was delicious…

    My point about the veg sticks is that they are healthy, cheap & that a small change can really help with controlling weight & being a bit healthier.

    Only joking Stumpy. My daughters will both happily sit and troff loads of carrot and celery sticks. My influence hasn’t gone amiss though. They’re quite partial to a sausage roll too 😀
