dont have scales at home… dont think they’d appreciate a naked tubby phil down at the gym before it opens either 🙁
saying that when i’ve weighed myself at the gym its been fairly consistant in that i’ve been dressed, usually in the same clothing and its a similar time of day (after work – so after breakfast, lunch, snacks and 3ish litres of liquid)
i’ve been doing my own diet, well change of diet…. its not quite iDave but certain principles are similar… its a lot more forgiving though. no increase in exercise.. in fact a decrease over winter and then injury keeping me off the bike.
my stats are the same as mol’s. started of about 91-92kg similar time he posted the photo, and down to 83kg (sometimes 84kg depending on if i’ve downed 750mls-1ltr of water on the way)
