Personally I don’t think fruit is bad, but it doesn’t fit with the iDave diet/lifestyle.
Possibly you could look at the other thngs you’re eating and see what changes you could make. For a start substitute all pasta and rice, choosing instead lentils or beans, cook using olive oil, no bread and look to make all meals at home rather than buying pre-cooked, in other words being sensible.
I would strongly recommend you give iDave’s diet a go, in 3 weeks you will see a difference, that I will stake my reputation on… 😉
It’s only 3 weeks, what have you got to lose?
