Anyone been ? what was good, what was meh? your recommendations please.

    Sorry. 🙂

Our local “corner shop” is an Iceland (doesn’t stay open until 10pm on Sunday like a proper corner shop, but it is five minutes walk away), rarely go in as better supermarkets are the other side of the road but I walked down with the kids recently who declared Iceland the “best shop in the universe”.

I think they were swayed by the 1kg jars of ketchup and multibuy Capri Sun… easily impressed, obviously!

Only store chain that didn’t have horse meat in its products when that scandal broke!

Always in top places to work lists.

I quite like the kangaroo and Ostrich meat!

Has anyone been in a Iceland Food Warehouse? Is it just like a cash and carry?

I was put off Iceland for life by the sight of Kerry Katona and her prawn ring.
