Oh god I hate Bill Nighy being on 6 – he’s a boring old fart and his music choices are mediocre. Fair play Iggy Pop needs a holiday at his age, but still. “Oh look, I’m old and I like middle of the road music. Here’s David Bowie again. l really like him, have done for ages.”
Would far rather have an artist in residence show instead.

Guy Garvey’s an old fart who makes boring mediocre music, but his radio show’s nearly always brilliant – the afternoon goes right downhill afterwards now, thanks to Nighy.
My wish would be to swap Craig Charles and Don Letts around – I like both shows, but would rather have Don Letts after Gilles. Maybe too similar in content sometimes.
