My two are fundamentally opposed to Tweenies and Zingzillas, and rightly so. Creepy moronic nonsense.
I loathe anything with Sarah Jane (overly perky, chirpy cow) and the various Thomas rip-offs.
Octonauts is ace, although my 2yo is convinced its called Octolords for some reason and goes beserk whenever anyone uses its proper name.
Gotta love Nina. Can just imagine her staggering along Sauchiehall St at 2am on a Saturday morning, yelling abuse at occupied taxis as she tries to make her way home after a right good skinful.
The best stuff’s on CBBC. Big Babies and Sorry I’ve Got No Head are legend. Deadly 60 is quite good too, presented by a kids TV version of Henry Rollins.
I don’t trust any of the other channels at all, my kids don’t know anything exists beyond the BBC.
