    Swalsey, looks nasty. How did they remove the frame from your leg?

    I undid the bolts, one nurse held me down whilst the other used bolt cutters and pliers. I kid you not. I may post the video some time…

    TJ – yup, the new frame arrived after 4 months on the day I got out of hospital!

    Today 9am and 6pm, the joys of weekend ward rounds.

    As a patient, 3 years ago with a slipped disc.
