A smear of Lurpack followed by crunchy peanut butter, strawberry jam & a sliced up banana. Topped with another slice of toast. I’ll resist the temptation to shallow fry 😀

Just read their website – what a load of waffle its made in a factory on kirkton industrial estate in arbroath . I know that because my auntie and my gf’s bro work there making it !

Been treating myself these last couple of mornings. Using up some aioli I made the other night to go with steak and chips. A layer of that, some sliced cherry tomatoes and basil. Might be dreich and pishing down outside but, inside my mouth, it’s Provence!
