Fried Egg with brown sauce.

Been treating myself these last couple of mornings. Using up some aioli I made the other night to go with steak and chips. A layer of that, some sliced cherry tomatoes and basil. Might be dreich and pishing down outside but, inside my mouth, it’s Provence!
