    whats the weight dude?

    TurnerGuy

Assuming you mean my Flux is it just over 25lbs since I put a Superstar 9mm QR axle on the front.

It should be lighter but there’s no carbon and the BB7 brakes and gore rideon cables probably push it up – plus it is square taper (although with a Mag/Ti Phil Wood BB which would be great apart from continual creaking problems).

ChunkyMTB that’s one of the few Turner’s I like the look of, very nice that.

Looks like a weight weenie too?

mine? well it’s <25lbs, but I’ve not bought anything that’s too light and not strong. Just XTR, SIDs and light-but-strong wheels.

edit: Just remembered, that’s <25lbs without pedals (which seems to be the way manufacturers quote their weights).

any reason why you just own the flux now?

    what’s it with the pedals?

mines just over 25lbs with the pedals which are Look 4x4s and somewhat sturdy for eggbeaters – but robust.

I have some 4Ti eggbeaters but if I fit them I won’t know which bit of titanium is creaking 🙁

Prefer the Flux for the normal riding i’m doing, live in the Midlands so it ain’t too rocky round here, also found it more fun/quicker round Welsh trail centres

Think i’m gonna buy me a new DW Flux next year

Just a bit over 25 with XTR pedals (I can’t remember exactly what the weight was). So pretty similar weight as yours Andrew. I don’t suppose my very “off trend” bar ends and ergon grips are helping on the scales 😉
