Oh FFS, Smee; try and understand the context of CFH’s actions, please. Come on.
i’m sure CFH would be the first to admit that what he did probbly weren’t the most sensible, or ‘correct’, and maybe he has let himself down a tiny bit, by allowing himself to get wound up. But his actions were those of someone angry at the mistreatment and abuse of another person, who, as it appears, had done nothing to provoke such a vile attack.
So, he did what came into his head. Seeing as how any saliva wooduv been heavily diluted by whatever beverage CFH had in his Camelback, I doubt his ‘victim’ would have been particularly at risk from infection.
Interestingly, the bloke in the car din’t get out to remonstrate with Flashy, yet was ‘brave’ enough to spit at the woman cyclist. Sounds like a ‘tough guy’, eh?
Whilst ‘acceptable’ is, in this particular case, a difficult word to use, I reckon Flashy’s actions can be defended. Which is why I’m doing so. Because I happen to support his behaviour, in this instance.
Flashy cooduv done a whole lot worse than soaking the bloke with a mouthful of drink.
IMO, the **** got off lightly.
