After having Salt & Chilli squiddles at a Chinese lately (see that, I never said ‘Chinky’) I decided to try my own. Got some lovely squid from Hendon in Sunderland & found a recipe http://chinese.food.com/recipe/chilli-salt-squid-88192 here. It was so easy to do & tasted (nearly) as good as the Chinkies Chinese! Even the missus was impressed!
