    We’ve all been there,

    Only the once.

    I’ll not risk it again after my wife asked why there were 3 arm warmers in the washing.

    But I DO look ridiculous! It’s entirely my own fault – I’m an idiot – I did the County Cross Country Championships in a vest, arm-warmers and a bobble hat! Entirely ridiculous!

    Maybe they’re not arm warmers, but compression sleeves
    Aka “arm bras” for “bingo wings” . . .
