Just upgraded to some new rockshox lyriks that are torque cap compatible but not boost.
My wheels are Mavic crossmax XL and are normal 100x15mm, can I get torque cap adaptors for Mavic hubs? When I google it, it shows 2 washers 15x31mm but unsure if that’s correct or even where I would fit said washers. Thanks for any help!

Mavics have push in end cap adaptors. I’ve not yet seen any torque cap ones that are commercially available. I keep meaning to turn some up, but not had a chance yet……

I’m going to email Mavic to see if they have any in the pipe line.
    Thanks

There must be a market for for someone to make Aluminium ‘reducers’ that ‘glues’ into torque cap forks to make them the same size as conventional 15mm fork dropouts.

If you google it, Evans etc sell what is/looks like 2 washers for £14 I’m just not sure if it’s correct, it’s not the end of the world fitting the wheel but if there is a converter I may as well take advantage.

There are two types, one with a step (for 110mm forks) and one without (for 100mm forks). Scratch that, they are both for 110mm forks (different wheel families).
What I don’t get is how they work, what do they sit on? They can’t possibly replace the existing endcaps.
Is there a step in the current endcaps that these would fit on, assuming the ID is larger than 15mm?

Yes I thought that as well . I have Hope wheels and they sell an end cap that is designed for Torque Cap forks . I bought a set of these although the forks and wheel worked fine without .
