Yup for me it looks completely nonsexual – a man focusing intensely on tributes to his recently deceased mother careless tries to maintain physical contact with his deeply upset adult daughter, who is grieving the loss of her beloved grandmother, to reassure her and give her emotional support.

But who knows I am possibly completely wrong and he thought the situation presented an excellent opportunity to engage in an act of sexual gratification, in public. Perhaps I am hopelessly naive.

If you look at the first clip Eugenie is very clearly patting him on the back to give him emotional support. It would appear to me that both are trying to support each other, as you would quite reasonably expect under the circumstances.

I think there’s an entirely innocent explanation. The poor woman was obviously sweating and TRFKAP was obviously so concerned by this mysterious unexplained substance that he immediately conducted an examination to discover the source.

My thoughts as well – I think people are seeing what they want to see there. And being whipped up by it being shared around on social media on that basis. Which should be a warning to be less trusting of what gets put in our feeds

True if it was “a” grieving man, but it’s not, it’s a grieving man with a lot of history. Any random man, I’d say these people were weird to consider that the touch may have been over long… but this isn’t just a random man. I don’t think for a moment this was sexual, but that it has raised the thought in people‘s minds is a reflection on what Prince Andrew has done in the past, and everything that has been done to hide and neutralise that behaviour.

I f***** hate the royals and prince Andrew is a horrid little s***, but this looks to me like a doddery old man trying not to fall over when doing something he finds physically challenging and being clumsy.

Edit: He should have stepped back and not been in the public view given all the past history and financial bail out from his mum. Will be interesting to see how Charles handles him in the future as new head of the firm.

Regardless of what you think of him (and bearing in mind his history, that won’t be very much), if you can see those images and jump to that conclusion it’s a pretty big indicator you are not a fit and proper person to serve on a jury.
