nbt I wouldn’t sell my front as its worn/old and it needs new bearings etc. When I find a cheapy King front wheel I’d keep the front hope as a spare.

Nice one! Jane will be delighted

blimey… knocking on for nearly 40 people!!

Based on previous lists of promised attendees versus actual turner-uppers (as it were) I expect to see around 20 to 24 🙂

weather’s a bit manic at the moment, it was raining on and off all day yesterday – proper stair rods at one point, and Trio up in North Manchester reported heavy hail – but when I rode home from work at 4pm it was beautiful blue skies, I went the long way home and the trails were more or less dry. fab stuff.

Whichever pub it is they stand to see quite an upturn in Sunday revenues – though, i’ll be driving….

Speaking of pubs – mintimperial and I went out on a ‘training’ ride last night 😉 (+Ben and Andy, but they’re not joining in on Sunday…)

Just checking we got the balance right
    15 mins meeting and faffing.
    1:40hrs and 8.5 miles riding
1:45hrs and 4 pints in the pub
    🙂

I’m riding in Hebden on Sat morning. Two weeks after I last rode there and had to peel off back to the car (then started being sick gggrrrrr).

Ah, now it makes sense – i’d often pondered how it was labelled as ‘Pook’s Peaks Pootle’ when clearly it is mapped out by nbt 🙂

For those who are wondering which of their many bikes to bring (yes tollah I’m looking at you):- while you can ride (and I have ridden) singlespeed on the planned route, on this occasion I shall be packing fitness and skills.
