Out of Date Energy Tablets

I’ve been given a few tubes of sealed energy tablets as the shop can’t sell them as they’re out of date, but will they make me I’ll if I use them?

Some are a few months out of date and others are over 12 months old,

Yay or nay?

Edit; start with the oldest ones first so you know the younger ones are good

They’ll be absolutely fine.

What are they?

I’ve had loads of out of date gels and the like with no side effects… There’s not much to go off, and most dates are fairly arbitrary anyway.

The tablets are HiFive and the gels are some other brand, but I can’t remember which!

My friend uses them but I just wanted to gauge other options first.
