put me on the Drink Less and Cheer Up list too Hora. Can’t be doing with racing though, those people seem far too energetic, chipper and sober! Not mixing with those fit wierdos.

As a (potentially) fit weirdo … (waves at Kev 🙂 )

Race the local road club Time Trial series (aiming for a series of PB’s as the year progresses

Complete my second Wild Wales challenge (at a quicker pace than my first)

Do the 100 mile Cheshire Cat and the 103 mile Etape Eryri

List to be added to as the year progresses …

Resolutions are a waste of time, I have aims and goals for the year but resolutions never work, too short lived.

    Aims rather than resolutions:

Get down to 12 stone – will check after the New Year but about a stone to lose

    Eat more veg and salad

Finally get around to a 200k audax

    Get a new job/role

    Have a ride on a 29er

Change one of the bikes – not necessarily involving the 29er experiment

Need to start breaking them down and making them SMARTer

Treat the bike training a bit more seriously, turning down a job offer. but mainly I’m going underground with regard to forums and Facebook etc. I’ve enough to think about and do within my own family world tbh.
