Are you spying on me Steve 😆 . . . thought I could slip this one uinder the radar, but yeah, you’re right 😛 . The Holeshot is absolutely lovely and pretty much the perfect hardtail for me . . . but I miss the squish 🙄 . I’d keep both if I could afford to.

Lol yeah sorry about that, i’m a regular on sdh as well and spotted your frame the other day – i let friday night pass without a curry and bike build thread, gave you another chance last night then when i saw your for sale ad for the seatpost i though i’d take a wild guess and get you to fess up! Looks ace, finish it nicely with some odi troy lee’s in bright orange 😉

I want to buy it for Mrs but if I brought the frame not sure I could afford a build to justify the frame for budget we want to spend on an occasional bike.

Part of me is almost secretly hoping that it doesn’t sell 😕 – it really is very, very nice, but I desperately need the cash to fund the new build . . . I don’t know how the flink I get myself into these situations . . . I just love building bikes so much 😛

Reckon I need a job with enough disposable income to fund a new build every Friday . . . or failing that, a job building (and test-riding) bikes.

Just browsing through my old ‘what tiny hardtail’ posts to save posting a new one (there’ve been one or two) 😉 . I flinkin’ love squish . . . but I love having spare cash more 😕

We’ve turned it into a tiny little Cotic Soul for mrsbunk – she’s taken it on a few night rides and she loves it! Haven’t seen it in daylight yet!

Still trying to persuade her that 1×9 will be fine, but think I’m going to lose that argument, so I’m trying to work out how to attach a front mech…

I haven’t put any pics up as it’s a work in progress (read – your build looked way nicer) – waiting for new seat post, stem and bars to finish it off and maybe then I’ll post a pic…
