Lezyne GPS update failed

Has anyone revived a Lezyne GPS after a failed firmware update? The updater returned an error message that the update had failed and should be retried. It must have been part way through something critical as the device now won’t function or respond.

Their helpdesk site suggests trying the updater in bootloader mode but I’ve had no success there.

I use it daily for work so would really appreciate a quick fix, ie before Lezyne gets back to me in a few days.

Any ideas? It’s a Macro Plus.

I’ve got a Y10 Super GPS and a Mega XL, but never had this issue, so of no help sorry. My Super GPS sometimes froze up completely as I approached an old favourite segment, once the battery drained, I could recharge and it would become responsive again.

I have a Super GPS and my app did an update the other day. Not used it since the update but there was another small update this morning. Not sure if that makes a difference?
