"Gordon Brown seems to take every opportunity he can to visit primary schools and have his photo taken with innocent children."

He was at my sons secondary school in Hove yesterday. There were still children there, though.

I probably am the 'paedo-finder general' as someone referred to me as on the polanski thread.

Funny how people trying to hide something always go too far the other way and make themselves look a bit….ummmm…odd.

Jimmy stated in his interview with Louis the he "hated kids" even though he presented a kids TV program for years where he made their dreams come true.

    Hmmmmmm.

Oh and did labrat get banned because you cried in the polanski thread, I hope not.

He let some kids from a school i was working at sit in his brand new Enzo! Seemed a really genuine bloke,if not a little bit scary.

IIRC Sir Jimmmy has a life like girl doll that he dresses up to look like a schoolgirl, which hangs from the ceiling for easy access, and a room full of his mums dresses.
I could be confusing him with someone else though.

He still has his mums room just as it was before she dies and yes there are dresses in the wardrobe. It was shown on Louis Theroux.

    No doll though 😯

There's a strong possibilty that I might be conflating several Louis Theroux programmes into one imaginary episode 🙂

I complained to the mods about both his and your posts on that thread. As I stated (or in your description cried) at the time, I found a number of posts on that particular thread worrying. This is a public forum – do you really feel your argument is valid enough to start that debate again?
    Yours, tearfully, Mitch.

So tell us mitch in your "professional opinion" what is wrong with Jimmy?

    Is he also psychotic?

    Does he need your help?

Can't comment on his personal life, but he invented the idea of a social event where records are played and people dance to them, and was the first person to join two turntables together.

So arguably he's had more influence on popular culture then any bunch of floppy haired art-school twits with guitars. 🙂

I really wish I could be bothered getting into it with you. As I just said, I complained about certain posts on that thread due to their extremely dodgy content. I'm not about to start over again as the posts in question were removed immediately, so lets not drag them up again.
By the way, I find your attempt at bullying (describing me as 'crying' in the Polanski thread) juvenile and a bit sad, all things considered.

It's a well known fact that a whole American black Rap youth culture is based solely on the wardrobe of Sir Jimmy Saville.

Anyway, I've met the man on 3 occasions. The first was in Glencoe, where I told him to shift his effing camper van from blocking my driveway (it was actually our holiday let, but he didn't need to know that). Second, he came into my shop in Otley in full Jimmy Saville regalia, white shellsuit, baseball cap, surf dude wrap shades, cigar, jewellry, chauffeur entow. I still hadn't forgiven him for blocking my drive and making me wait 15 mins, so served him with a huge cheesy "don't you look a ****t?" grin (I didn't really). Third, met him in the Clachaig Inn in Glencoe and had a chat, didn't mention the above, he's actually quite pleasant despite being a habitual attention seeker.

Used to hear some interesting (absurd?)rumours about him Leeds, back in the day.

I never used to believe them until I heard Frank Skinner allude to it in a round about way and have wondered ever since
