    Up 0.2kg. Must try harder.

0.1kg down, I’ve done a fair bit of walking but otherwise no exercise this week at all, happy to have not put on.

No weigh in for me next Friday as we’re on holiday in the Lake District with the kids, will catch up on the Monday.

Close to my start weight so that’s ok.

Go on then. I don’t understand spreadsheets especially Google ones so don’t know how to drag a formula down, but I’ll put my numbers in anyway, from a late start.

I’m even chubbier than I had admitted to myself, possibly set myself an unrealistic goal but let’s see how this goes …

Stayed the same this week, was dreading a bump upwards so relatively happy.

Is there a Strava group for this or is that just taking things too far?

Saw the thread on page 1 and thought it was Friday for a moment!

Not sure how this weeks going to go, had a ‘good’ weekend of eating shall we say, but back on it now. Managed to resist the free dominos pizza at the office today.

This week looks destined to a right off, too much cake in the house after the weekend and the 100 days of exercise has also crashed and burned.

2 additional (lunchtime) rides, no booze, and although I had pizza last night, I limited myself to eating just my own and not also finishing everyone else’s.

Not expecting to have lost much in a week but hopefully at least I am turning the ship around …

Week 5, how are folks getting on then ?

same as last week here, frustrating as im skipping 2 meals per day, not gorging on my tea, and no alcohol!

i have the odd ‘ramekin of crisps’ or half biscuit, but really, most days ive just been having 3 poached eggs on 2 slices of toast, then a bit of greek yoghurt with honey.  oh and an unflavoured protein shake if ive just come out of the gym.

like i say, frustrating, and i fear that the days when i will go out for pizza or have a few beers, itll just pile the weight on.  ok im 4 or 5 lbs lighter than 1st october, but thats not much success for 3 weeks of ‘being good’.

No change this week as I was ill so sat at home eating crap – but at least no increase.  Overall – I effectively started two weeks late as I was away on holiday and put on a kilo.  Excuses aside I do feel like I am moving the right direction

Tough luck @olddog . I’ve been sat at home dog rough so done no exercise, was expecting the worst but seems to have worked to my benefit and I’ve dropped nearly 2kgs this week.

Ahead of my week 4 target, that’s not to gloat as I was way too heavy but it’s getting there. Been caning the Zwift until this week which has been good for getting exercise levels up but does mean I tend to “fuel” a bit more. FTP as watts has been increasing reasonably steadily too which is nice.

I’ve actually lost weight this week, so down to 86.8, which is still 2kg above the Week 5 target weight.

Hoping I’m successful getting an entry to Etape Loch Ness next week to give me something to focus diet and training on over the winter.

Scales say I’ve lost some, but I’m dubious about  their reliability. They’re on a hard tiled floor but sometimes if I position them differently they report differently.

A solid 1.2kg dropped this week, now just to keep it off!

I was fully dressed, full of breakfast and not had apoo before I realised it was Friday morning. I’ll reschedule my weigh in till tomorrow as long as I’ve peed out a few pints before I get dressed!

Weigh yourself 3 times on the same spot and take the lowest number as your true weight.

0.2kg this week – still 2kg over the target weight but after a well fed long weekend away not as bad as I feared.

0.1 up but as I’ve been ill for a week and that’s within margin of scales error, I am happy. Hope to be back in negative gains next week tho.

Similar to last week. I’ll weigh again later today and see what the difference is compared to this morning.

A 0.2kg drop so essentially staying still.  I’ll take that as it’s been a stressful week and some mild snacking may have occured.

Feeling good, feeling slimmer, scales say back up to 87.4kg.

I think it might be the scales.

same.  2 weeks of no change now, and thats with hardly drinking any alcohol these days.  think my problem is snacking, must resist when we’re watching tv in the evening.  hunger is my friend, hunger is my friend…..

0.3kg down, I was 1kg down earlier in the week, but a work trip (with a couple of big meals, no booze still though) Wednesday to Thursday.

I’d definitely recommend the Dancing Man Brewery to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in Southampton though!

I’m not trying too hard with any alterations to my food intake or exercise at the moment.

I need to do more activity and slightly alter what I eat. I do ok with the food considering the shifts I work and that is probably one reason I’m not gaining weight. I’ve eaten more carrots in the past 6+ months as I grate them on to almost every wrap or salad I make and that is the majority of my lunches.

Currently watching weight lifting videos with the intention of trying to build in a short routine to my otherwise disorganised days.

    2.2kg down on last week!

No real changes, just trying to stay consistent and avoid the snacks where possible.

Weight stayed the same. Damaged the meniscus in my knee so no exercise till I got instructions from the physio on Friday. Excessive amount of comfort snacking cos reasons.

    FML.

This week has seen -1kg on the scales, a 101 Relative Effort score on Strava, down a notch on the trouser belt, and signed up for Trail Break’s South Downs ride next July.

All because of Chub Club, and the sun is shining so I am going out for a ride before Berty arrives  🙂

Despite no serious exercise this week due to the knee, and peanut M&Ms being on a clubcard offer at Tesco, a small decrease this week – every little helps

Have been naughty since my last update 3 weeks ago, a mix of work and family stuff, so I’m back up to 89.8kg.

I’ll weigh in Saturday morning. I’d forgotten what day it was today…. but I did put my bin out!
