Check back, Solo, I’ve refered to “bread” and “whole wheat” bread, not white bread. Even white bread has its uses though, the ham sandwich after the pool session is white bread.
No need, I knew that, but you have told all here that bread is fine.
You haven’t told me about the lectins or the phytate.
Now you’re only saying certain types of bread are fine depending on what I’ve been doing.
Hhhmmm. The Edukator diet plan looks to be getting complicated now.
I’ll need to buy both white and brown bread.
I’ll need to eat either of them under certain conditions….
IIRC, you eat any number of things from the bakery you kindly posted a picture of.
I think pastries were mentioned.
I’m thinking they’ll be made from white flour.
iDave is correct.
You’re just out of date and seem to refuse to update your thinking.
Fortunately, not everyone is like you.
By your own admission you are very active, on whatever food you choose to eat.
So what do you know about weight gain and weight loss ?.
Its no news here, that if, like TSY, you are an exercise addict.
You can eat what the heck you like and you won’t gain weight if you’re moving sufficiently.
But how is that understood to be healthy
I’ve made this point before.
Just because your body tolerates certain foods, without you presenting any clinically detectable symptoms.
Does automatically make that food healthy for you.
