Innuendo alert…
On my last ride, it felt like there was no rebound damping (or not enough) so I gave the adjuster knob a couple of clicks clockwise and carried on. It felt much better, so I just rode it and made a mental note to check the shock pressures and adjustments before my next ride, and anyway I had been thinking I’d spend some time doing a better setup (hence my volume tuning thread).
However yesterday, I gave the bike a once over and decided I’d find out how many clicks of rebound I was actually running. I turned the know anti-clockwise but it just spun free (no clicks) and no I can’t adjust it at all. I’ve taken the adjuster knob off and it looks like it’s fitted correctly to the adjuster shaft (i.e. not just the knob wrongly attached to the shaft)
Any thoughts on what else I could do to resolve, or is this a send it in for a service job?
