Especially if the people are Rohinga…
They are not from our country. In fact, we have many of people from all over the region in Msia legally, illegally etc … We treat them the same as we treat anyone else. In ASEAN we deal with issues our ways. Not the western ways. West has no say whatsoever in the matter of ASEAN. Stay out and stay gone in matters relating to governance. However, if the west wish to do business they are welcome.
p/s: we don’t have Rohinga in Borneo, it is advisable not to relocate them there as other tribes might not be so welcoming. We have tribes from the Southern regions from neighbouring countries and they are not people you really want to mess with put it this way. Seen conflict in spice island?
Slight distraction.
Our ex-corrupted theiving 1MDB MO1 PM used to bus people in, all sorts of illegals, to use them as ghost voters to distort the general election (the details will make your jaws drop as our ex-PM became the world No.1 thief). Our current PM and the entire country publicly call them theives and kleptocrats. In EU you have bureaucrats but we one better you coz we have kleptocrats …
Check out the US29 million cash stashed in our ex-PM house …. https://www.channelnewsasia.com/news/asia/rm114-million-najib-razak-1mdb-malaysia-ccid-10276664
Also a lot of the money “invested” in London properties by ex-Msia PM … ya, those are money stolen from the poor people of Msia … the poor people.
The current PM is now draining the swamp of the previous ex-PM kleptocrats administration in Msia and as our current PM openly says to the world, if the investors (if they are kleptocrats related) are there for short term gain or “manipulation” they can go away as the country don’t need them. But if they are there to be partner with building Msia and be nice to the people they are welcome.
We are ASEAN! 😀
