I think so at first look. Although IME they missed a trick by not being a step-thru frame. It could’ve easily been the affordable alternative to an Xtracycle Edge Runner eSwoop.
Efficient cargo bike needs stepthru IMO. Not even nitpicking, as having used both hi-step (less good) and step-thru (revelation) extensively for utility/cargo, hi-step became a dealbreaker now, no competition. Don’t get me wrong – I love a sprightly dismount, and am still thankfully flexible! But with cargo/grocery bikes the loading, stoppy-start stuff, frequent dismounts, and no-kicky-passenger-in-teeth action demands a dropped top. ymmv. People have been wrong before 😉
