Given the cost of manufacturing in the Far East, and the absence of any marketing budget, I’m not surprised they can make and supply carbon bars at a fraction of the the price of big brands.
That’s not to say that they ARE ok, because I have no idea really. I’m just stating that on price grounds alone I wouldn’t run scared.
P.S. I’ve only used Renthal or Easton carbon bars, and I am generally of the opinion that bars are probably the component I would least like to fail on me. For that reason (and only in the case of bars, not frames / wheels etc) I don’t mind paying a bit more for peace of mind, and I’m not sure I would put my faith into those bars.
