Anyone think they might be able to help?

I have tried contacting Bryton but it’s been a good number of weeks and no one has replied.

I’m having a nightmare setting the time on my Bryton Rider 10. I live in the UK and since the 29th March (when British Summer Time kicked in) my Rider 10 has been showing the incorrect time – (9.00 displayed when it is actually 10.00, 13.00 displayed when it is actually 14.00 etc)

I understand from the Bryton website that the Rider 10 sets the time automatically when it receives a GPS signal and that BST can be set manually on the unit itself by following the instructions in the user guide.

I believe that I have followed all instructions really closely. My Rider 10 is receiving a GPS signal and I am able to change the BST settings but doing both of these things has no effect.

In the case of the GPS signal – the Rider 10 does not automatically adjust itself. In the case of setting BST, i am able to adjust the amounts but they never seem to save properly. Is there something REALLY obvious I am not doing? Its driving me mad!

Any help would be most appreciated.

Been a while since I had a Bryton but I thought it set the time by GPS contact and then had an option in settings to set BST or not…

Reread your post and sounds like you have already tried that…so ignore my unhelpful help!

I’ve had one for years and its never shown the correct time in summer no matter what I tried.
I wouldn’t waste anymore time trying to fix it, its not really worth the effort.
Oh, and Bryton have next to no customer service :/
