    With adobe wanting to charge me now to just to rotate a document are there any alternatives out there, so i can just uninstall this program?

    Foxit if you want more features, Edge if you just want the basics.

    for document editing/configuring I use version 2.2.4 of PDF Split and Merge. it’s basic, looks clunky, but works a treat and is free.

    newer versions lose functionality and gain a paywall.

    Interesting…. I used to use it extensively for splitting 1000’s of documents on a weekly basis.  Not needed it for a while though.
