Lego Meets MTB in this Stop Motion Video

by 29

This new Lego MTB video from TotalMTB and Marmot Animation is actually quite sweet. It depicts getting out for a ride with friends and all the good vibes that come from that. We recently had a chat to Ryan from TotalMTB about the charity and how it all got started.

Make sure you take some time to do the same. Call your friends and head out for a ride, it’s good for you!

A friend of mine loves doing stuff with Lego and also doing video content so he started doing stop motion video with Lego. He’s extremely talented not only with the video but with the story lines as well.

I’m always on the look out for new, fresh but engaging content to put across what TotalMTB’s values are and what we’re about along with our important mental health message. Most people love Lego and it just seemed like a clever and engaging video to promote MTB and its benefits.

I gave Marmot a pretty much open brief. It starts with someone stressed at work, messaging friends to go for a ride and the ride de-stressing the rider. The brief also had some words for inspiration to try and include in the video.

I had no idea what the video was going to be like apart from it including Lego, and I must say I couldn’t be happier with the what he came up with and the final video. I think it shows and puts across exactly what we want.

Not too good about writing about myself, but not so bad at writing about other things. There was a time that I hated bikes, but then they became my life. Wouldn't be the person I am if I hadn't been on this journey. Here's to bikes, drinking tea and everything that comes with life on two wheels. I'm Lauren, I like bikes and writing about them. Always trying my best and up for adventures.

I assumed it was gonna be something from this guy, but maybe a more pinkbike audience?

An oldie, but a goodie. And for reminiscing on pre-covid times (no masks, wide range of bikes in stock)…
