After a day drip to Howarth my wife decided that we should watch the recent remake of Wuthering Heights. She has at least two English Literature related degrees (maybe more… I dunno) so she understands this sort of thing. I however have an engineering based background so I am not well versed in the classics, but I probably could install a BB with the right sized rock.

To help me better understand the second episode I have produced a family tree and have concluded that it wasn’t consumption that was killing them all off by the age of 30, it was the fact that they were all inbred.

If the dirty buggers had stayed away from the shallow end of the gene pool they may have been longer lived and a little less mad.

I know it's supposed to be great literature but so many of the characters are cruel and nasty I can't bear to watch 🙁

However, I'm all for this diagrammatic exposition of literature and look forward to further episodes!
