XT Post mount adaptor

Is it possible to get a front IS to post mount adaptor for XT brakes with 160mm disc. I bought some forks and they are post mount – oops

Assuming you mean your forks are post mount, which XT brakes? New ones are post mount so you won’t need an adaptor.

The brakes are a couple of years old.

Can I please hijack this? Does a shimano front post to IS 180 = rear post to IS 160?

You can get an adapter to run IS brakes on PM forks but you have to up the rotor 20mm or 40mm at rthe same time. I just sold my brakes and got new ones.

As Doug says it’s possible but not with your 160mm disc.

There was a guy on the classifieds selling some. A couple of days ago so it will be well down the list by now.
