My giant HT has a (giant) 30.8mm layback seatpost. The bike still feels too stretched out after swapping to an 80mm stem and the saddle fully forward. The clamp mechanism doesn’t really work properly as it won’t let the saddle sit flat either. So I could do with a new inline-clamp one

The only seatpost I can find (online) is a Thomson Elite. I don’t want to spend anywhere near as much as that, and I’m under the impression that despite being nice and strong, because of that they’re very stiff and thus uncomfortable on a HT. Especially an aluminium framed one.

Anyone know where I can find one to fit?
350mm long is plenty long enough
A 30.9mm is too tight a fit btw
