Quick version: shock that was working fine for years goes in for a service, and comes out leaking nitrogen. Shop has now had the shock back for 6 weeks with various excuses about crap distributors and then just not being there for weeks! Currently, the part needed arrived, isn’t right and he’s “no idea” when he’ll get the replacement. General attitude hasn’t showed any hint of care so far, needed chasing for information and hasnt given any sign of admitting damaging the shock.
Buy cheap, buy twice seems to apply as he undercuts all the “big” suspension places, and he also borked my Reverb at the same time. So, thoughts on how long you give someone in this situation? Then what? Refund of service cost (seems the obvious one) but what about the cost of replacing pricey kit whe. There’s currently no end in sight?
