When’s best to call CRC?

Getting the usual busy tone and the lines have only been open an hour and a half. I e-mailed last week and there’s been nothing. I knew they were hard to get hold of but I wasn’t expecting this! What time are they usually easiest to get hold of on the phone, does anyone know?

Phones are busy from the moment they are turned on to the moment we close, not helped by a vast email volume and people off ill though!
