    As the prssure of the liquid or gas, causes a rise in temperature, as does outside heat, then expansion u joints have to be made, the pipes expand and close up slightly at the bottom, it also relieves stress along the pipeline.

    Boring name that, though 🙁 Something like teh Caterpillarhttp://static.zooomr.com/images/7623041_dc3936b5c0.jpg Bend or “N” hump would of be good.
