What was your Wedding first dance?

the only reason I get given for keeping it in is because ‘people expect it’.

That’s one argument.

Another argument, which we found more convincing was this: “It’s the most expensive important day of your lives. Do whateverTF you want.”

Er, why? You just put your arms round each other, sway a bit and gaze longingly… what’s to worry about?

I think it was a girl thing.

Problem is after 20 years I ran out of it and left…… 🙄

If you are going to do the first dance and take it seriously then learn / practice something. A bit of waltz or tango or salsa. Just a few basic steps is all you need.

Or do the thing where after a few bars you both go and get another guest to dance with and then repeat until everyone is dancing
