Always thought it was chillblains but have just been corrected by someone in the office. When I asked what the real name was I got ‘I dunno, but I’m not stupid enough to cycle to work when it’s minus 5 so I don’t have to worry about it’

We used to call them hotaches when we were kids….

David I had that last night after a 2 hour night ride! I got home abot 9.30 and still hadnt warmed up by 12 o’clock. My feet were frozen still. You have to let your feet and hands warm up slowly and resist the temptation to stick them in warm water or on a hot water bottle.
Cant wait till my next night right though, but may wear some overshoes and thicker gloves.

    Matt
