Warranty Replacement Timeframe

How long do we think is reasonable for a warranty claim on a set of forks to be sorted out?

I reckon 2 weeks. My old scott was done in 5 days, but my bent saint cranks took 41/2 weeks but that was over xmas.

How long is a piece of string? a couple of weeks would be my view.

It depends what forks you’re waiting for. It might take longer if you’re waiting for a fork that just isn’t available yet but if it’s in stock then it should be easily less than two weeks.
