This crap was written in 1940 by Woody Guthrie in response to ‘God Bless America’ and he was blacklisted. Possibly of some significance today, possibly not.

Yeah, but it takes up double screen on my ipad (Facebook?) it’s not Woody Guthrie and this isn’t a ‘significant to the day’ thread – the songs are supposed to link to the previous one, helpful to put a description as to what the link is if its not obvious. Ho hum.
