The Spectacled Monarch laid a couple of eggs

A couple of different aspects to today…

Finally managed to get a couple of photos of one of the magpies that visit – they’re very wary, I’ve tried getting a photo by just poking the phone above the bottom of the window, but they spot any movement and they’re off!
Took these from the bedroom window and I was stood back far enough it didn’t spot me.

Not a very good photo (5 miles away with a phone camera) but the tallest building in Yorkshire keeps getting new floors put on it. Leeds skyline has really changed over the past few years.
