If this weekend is anythign to go by here is my weightloss technique
Friday:
BBQ + Beer (walk to shop to collect supplies)
Saturday:
Crack open a bottle of gin, slice up a couple of lemmons and limes, diet tonic water, drink. Start this process in the mid afternoon sunshine, have another BBQ (pork chops in brandy sauce 🙂 ). Arround 8:30 ish catch the bus into town, having already consumed half a bottle of gin it would be rude not to continue 🙂
Drink more gin than you should, chat to some girls at the bar, apparently they’r radiographers, no wonder they look familiar!
The rest of the night is missing from my memory.
Sunday:
todays excercise is the walk of shame back from, make empty prommises to call her, but you wont because unless you randomly sumble accross her name in your phone you won’t remember it.
Sleep untill 4pm,
go into town to pick up your bike from wherever its locked up, the little people having a drum and bass rave in your head should help you keep a fast cadence.
Evening meal is another BBQ.
Total weight loss: nearly 6lb!
